POSITION OVERVIEW  

The Account Executive – Content will deliver client value through the implementation of strategic brand communication delivered to targeted audiences with a strong focus on optimizing the existing content partnerships. He/she gathers audience insights that ensure content strategies are well informed and are tailored to meet client objectives.

ACCOUNTABILITY:

Reports to the Account Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

Content Planning, Implementation and Reporting

  • Manage Moolah’s social media channels, i.e. YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Produce videos, infographics, podcasts, E-shots, and any other digital formats for storytelling that will generate traffic and engage Moolah’s audience.
  • Conduct research on topics related to Moolah’s pillars to help identify new material for storytelling.
  • Write eye-catching copy for Moolah’s social media channels.
  • Develop a social media calendar to curate content for the various social media platforms.
  • Researching clients and the industry to better understand their objectives, the environment they operate in and what they value as return on content investment
  • Implement and track digitally-led strategic communication connection plans across digital, TV, print, radio, out-of-home etc against set KPIs
  • Report on client-specific content performance evaluation frameworks that track ROI across digital, TV, print, radio, out-of-home etc
  • Analyse audience reactions to uncover emerging opportunities that can be leveraged to stimulate business growth
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Relationship Management with Content Partners:

  • Leverage technical expertise to inform key relationships with content partners across digital platforms
  • Understand, implement and report on the client’s content strategy across connection channels
  • Ensure compliance across all campaign activation channels and enforce remedial action to maximize on the client’s ROI
  • Inform the Account Manager’s response to client requests and concerns so as to keep clients informed of the status of projects
  • Implement and track digitally-led strategic communication connection plans across all digital channels against client KPIs.
  • Report on client-specific content performance evaluation frameworks that track ROI across digital channels
  • Degree or Diploma in ICT or ICT-related field I.e. IT, Computer Science
  • Proven ability to develop Architectural Structures for Systems / Websites for clients.
  • At least 3 years working experience on web development. Must have some of his/her recent work online for review.

  • Significant experience in planning, insight and analysis.
  • Experience in an integrated marketing, advertising or public relations agency setting
  • Familiarity with agency planning models and capabilities
  • Strong presentation skills, ability to articulate smart and sometimes complex solutions in a straightforward and lucid manner to a variety of internal and external audiences
  • Adept at developing powerful narratives to deliver insights and strategy for client buy-in

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in IT, Communication, Marketing or any other related field
  • 2-4 years experience in agency/marketing/communication
  • Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client and vendor relationships
  • The ability to lead the execution of digital projects involving multiple stakeholders and multi-functional teams
  • Full awareness of agency processes and techniques
  • Experience of working across several projects simultaneously, juggling the day to day work and still produce quality work under tight deadlines.
