POSITION OVERVIEW

The Animator Consultant is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing engaging animated content that enhances learning experiences and supports internal digital initiatives at Oxygene. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to transform Learning Hub content into interactive and visually compelling experiences while providing creative support for selected digital transformation projects. This is a project-based consultancy role operating on a per-video engagement model.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learning Hub Content Development

• Design and create engaging animated content for the Oxygene Learning Hub.
• Transform existing learning materials into visually interactive and engaging experiences.
• Develop storyboards and creative concepts aligned with learning objectives.
• Create explainer videos, motion graphics, and animation assets.

Creative Consultation

• Recommend creative approaches and animation formats that improve learner engagement.
• Provide guidance on cost-effective animation solutions and production approaches.
• Advise stakeholders on animation trends and digital learning experiences.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with internal teams to understand project requirements and content objectives.
• Participate in project discussions and provide creative input during planning stages.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions within agreed project timelines.

Digital Experience Support

• Support selected internal digitization initiatives where visual storytelling or animation may enhance user experience.
• Provide creative input for digital tools and employee-facing platforms where required.

Project Delivery

• Delivery of assigned projects according to agreed quality standards and timelines.
• Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, Digital Media, or related field.
• 3-4 years’ experience in delivering animation, motion graphics animations, explainer videos, digital content, or animated learning material.
• Proficiency in tools such as: design, animation and video editing software’s.
• Ability to work independently and manage project-based deliverables.

• Consistency of animation quality and brand alignment
• Completion rate of assigned deliverables within project scope
