POSITION OVERVIEW
We are Oxygène Marketing and Communications Limited, a multidisciplinary communications agency based in Kenya and Tanzania. Specializing in strategic communications, digital marketing and technology-driven solutions, we are known for our innovative approach to solving client problems. We collaborate with a diverse clientele, including corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations. As part of our commitment in nurturing young talent and shaping the next generation of industry professionals, we are pleased to announce a call for the 2nd cohort of our Young Fellows Program.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This program is designed to give graduates hands on experience, mentorship and exposure to real-world challenges in the communications Industry. Over a period of one (1) year, trainees will work very closely with our experienced teams, gaining practical skills that will build a solid foundation for their careers. Exceptional performers will be considered for absorption into the company at the end of the program.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
We invite applications from the graduates who have recently completed Degrees in the following fields.
- Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations/Journalism
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Bachelor of Political Science
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing
- Bachelor of Arts in International Relations
- Bachelor of Science in Strategic Management
- Bachelor of Economics
- Bachelor of Information Technology
- Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Recent graduates with a degree in the listed fields
- A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast – paced organization
