ACCOUNTABILITY:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:
Content Planning, Implementation and Reporting
- Manage social media channels, i.e. YouTube, Instagram, X, TikTok and Facebook
- Produce videos, infographics, podcasts, E-shots, and other digital formats for storytelling that generate traffic and engage audiences
- Conduct research on topics related to clients’ pillars to identify new material for storytelling
- Write eye-catching copy for social media channels
- Develop a social media calendar to curate content for the various social media platforms
- Research clients and the industry to better understand their objectives, the environment they operate in, and what they value as return on content investment
- Implement and track digitally-led strategic communication and connection plans across digital, TV, print, radio, etc., against set KPIs.
- Report on client-specific content performance evaluation frameworks that track ROI across digital, TV, print, radio, etc.
- Analyse audience reactions to uncover emerging opportunities that can be leveraged to stimulate business growth
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Relationship Management with Content Partners
- Leverage technical expertise to inform key relationships with content partners across digital platforms.
- Understand, implement and report on the client’s content strategy across connection channels.
- Ensure compliance across all campaign activation channels and enforce remedial action to maximize the client’s ROI.
- Inform the Account Manager’s response to client requests and concerns, keeping clients informed of project status.

- Experience in an integrated marketing, advertising or public relations agency setting.
- Familiarity with agency planning models and capabilities.

- Adept at developing powerful narratives to deliver insights and strategy for client buy-in.
- Confidence to appear and present on screen/camera.
- Understands public policy, public affairs, finance and law.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree Business, Finance, Law, or related background are particularly encouraged, provided they demonstrate strong digital content, communication, research, and storytelling capabilities
- 2–3 years’ experience in agency / marketing / communication.
- Experience in translating business, financial, legal, policy, or technical information into clear and engaging digital content would be an added advantage.
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills, and a passion for building and maintaining client and vendor relationships.
- Ability to lead the execution of digital projects involving multiple stakeholders and multi-functional teams
- Full awareness of agency processes and techniques.
- Experience working across several projects simultaneously, juggling day-to-day work while producing quality work under tight deadlines.
