KNOWLEDGE AREAS:

ACCOUNTABILITY:
Reports to the Creative Director
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:
- Design and produce digital and print assets for web, product graphics, brand identity, social media, display banners, email campaigns and templates.
- Convert insights, research and brand strategy into strong visual executions.
- Oversee implementation of creative assets to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality across platforms.
- Translate marketing requirements into clear design concepts and campaign visuals.
- Manage asset rollout across formats, sizes and versions with speed and precision.
- Convert wireframes and flows into clean, functional interfaces.
- Uphold brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and communication material.
- Provide creative support across departments including logos, visual assets and identity design.
- Collaborate with UX, e-commerce and development teams to align design with usability, accessibility and technical standards.
- Perform additional duties that support creative delivery and brand experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Degree or Diploma in Design or any other related field.
- 1–2 years’ work experience as a Junior Designer.
- Proven ability to sell and oversee presentation of creative concepts and executions to clients.
- Proven ability to discuss creative matters internally and externally.
- Good knowledge of different creative formats (above and below the line).
