POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Designer in our Creative team, you’ll transform ideas into visual experiences that cut through the noise and connect with audiences. From social content and campaign rollouts to branding and experiential design, you’ll bring a fresh, detail-oriented, and culturally relevant approach to every project.
Working alongside Art Directors, Copywriters, and Strategists, you’ll help create impactful work that doesn’t just exist on a page or screen—but leaves a lasting impression.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Execution
- Translate creative concepts into high-quality visual assets across print, digital, motion, and experiential platforms.
- Apply brand guidelines while keeping creative work fresh, engaging, and culturally relevant.
- Produce polished, pixel-perfect, and production-ready assets for social media, campaigns, marketing materials, and brand communications.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and fellow Designers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Collaborate with digital, production, and account teams to ensure designs are executed seamlessly across multiple platforms.
- Contribute positively to brainstorming sessions and creative reviews by sharing ideas and constructive feedback.
Innovation & Craft
- Continuously explore emerging design tools, techniques, and creative technologies to enhance creative output.
- Stay informed on design trends, cultural movements, digital experiences, and platform developments to create work that feels current and impactful.
- Bring curiosity, experimentation, and craftsmanship into every project.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Design Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, motion graphics, or 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.

Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in a professional design role within an agency, in-house creative team, or freelance environment working with recognised brands.
- Demonstrated experience delivering integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, originality, and high-quality execution across multiple design disciplines.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines while developing campaign assets at scale.
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related creative discipline.
- Equivalent practical experience supported by an exceptional portfolio will also be considered.
