Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and visually stunning designs that communicate our brand message effectively. This role requires a passion for design, attention to detail and the ability to bring ideas to life across various mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design: Develop and design creative assets for digital and print platforms, including Publications, advertisements, presentations and visual concepts that align with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives.
2. Brand Development: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects. Can conceptualize and execute campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and deliver on project goals. Should be able to produce ideas in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
4. Asset Management: Maintain a well-organized library of design templates, assets and files for easy access and future use.
5. Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance design processes.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
2. Knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout techniques.
3. Familiarity with tools for basic motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
4. Experience with web design and UI/UX design is an advantage.
