KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interpret client briefs to develop engaging visual concepts and animations.
- Collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Generate and present ideas internally to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance campaign direction.
- Produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video edits tailored to brand messaging and audience targeting.
- Revise and refine work based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ensure visual and narrative alignment between art direction and copy.
- Liaise with the client service, planning, and traffic teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain strong client relationships and proactively suggest improvements in creative output and service delivery.
- Attend regular interdepartmental meetings to discuss creative direction and messaging.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in design or motion graphics role.
- Proven ability to present and discuss creative concepts with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of production processes and multiple media formats (digital, print, video, etc.).
- Experience of working across several projects simultaneously, juggling the day-to-day work and still produce quality work under tight deadlines.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, animation principles, and art direction.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for design and a keen interest in emerging trends and technologies.
- Integrity, accountability, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
