Role Overview:
As a Traffic Controller, you will be the linchpin of our operations, responsible for coordinating and monitoring the flow of projects. You’ll work closely with the creative and accounts management and production teams to allocate resources, track progress and meet deadlines. Your primary goal is to maintain a seamless and efficient workflow, minimizing bottlenecks and ensuring every project is completed to client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring all departments are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Workflow Coordination: Allocate and monitor resources, ensuring that projects move smoothly between departments from concept to completion.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with team leads to assign the right people to projects based on skills, workload and project requirements.
- Status Tracking: Monitor and update project status, providing daily reports on progress, upcoming deadlines and any potential issues.
- Problem-solving: Proactively identify and resolve workflow challenges, adjusting schedules or resources as needed to keep projects on track.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for cross-departmental communication, facilitating clear and timely updates.
- Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet agency quality standards and client expectations before final delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in a traffic, project management, or production coordination role, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Project Management, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana ).
- Familiarity with creative production processes is a plus.
